Slowly but surely

So I started running on Thursday, and it's amazing what it does for my energy and attitude. I am almost at the 10 pound mark. I am reaching my goal slowly but surely. If I keep it up I can make my goal weight by the floattrip.
I have found the most amazing things to eat. 100 calorie pack hostess cupcakes and fudge shoppe cookies, baked cheetos and tostitos and weight watchers muffins and cakes. They are wonderful but a little more expensive. No wonder America is fat. All the cheap food is bad for you. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for.

That is one thing that sucks about eating well. The organic, natural stuff is so much more expensive....

Great job on the loss so far! :o) Sometimes slow is better. Mine goes slow too, however for me, I like it that way. I don't feel like I am on a "strict" diet and and can still enjoy some of the "non-diet" things here & there.

Great job Liz!
I know what you're talking about with food being more expensive when eating healthy. It's ridiculous!
